So food-wise at Sam’s we don't have a fixed Menu. It’s a buffet style restaurant where you create your own plate and everything is made fresh every day. It’s definitely not your typical buffet-restaurant! ;) We have an Indonesian-chef at the head of the kitchen but you’’ll also find Italian, mediterranean and other influences from around the world on our menu. You can choose between a variety of salads, warm dishes, bread, dips and sides. We have something new on the menu almost every day to keep our guests surprised and interested. We also always make a distinction between lunch and dinner.

In terms of drinks there’s a carefully curated menu by Sam himself. There’s lots of different soda’s and (craft) beers to choose from. When it comes to wine we have chosen to only select from Vin-Nature, Demeter and organic wines. There’s a set wine menu but also a fluid one. Our cocktail menu is quite extensive and definitely one of our specialties.
