At Sam’s there’s no fixed menu. It is a buffet style restaurant where you can create your own plate. Everything is made fresh everyday with honest and good ingredients. All dairy products are Bio and we try to work with seasonal fruits and vegetables. We have chefs from all over the world in the kitchen and you will see this translates to the dishes on the menu. Even though there’s so many different influences you will find that put together on your plate it still all makes sense.

Our drinks are chosen with the same care as our food — thoughtfully, creatively, and well curated. From cocktails to carefully selected wines and refreshing non-alcoholic options, our menu is designed to suit every mood and moment. All of our wines are either organic or natural, sourced from producers who respect both tradition and the environment. Of course we also offer a wide variety of coffee and tea.
