Asparagus Night!
It is asparagus time and in Limburg that means coming together to enjoy and devour the vegetable we refer to as “white gold…”. So, perfectly in keeping with this season we’ve created a beautiful 3 course dinner. On the evening itself we will have Vin Nature by the glass or an optional wine pairing. Starter:
White asparagus soup served with bruschetta, grilled Gruyère and fried capers
Main:
Classic white asparagus with Hollandaise sauce, baby potatoes, boiled eggs and fresh parsley
Dessert:
Revani, sponge cake from Semolina and yoghurt glazed with fragrant syrup and peach

Special Ramen Night
Friday the 19th of September we’re having a special ramen evening. Our chef Sammy will make three different types of ramen for you to choose from (18,50 p.p). Furthermore we will serve many vin-nature wines per glass and our friend from Bar Lazy, Julius will bless us with some good tunes and a little boogie after dinner.
