It is asparagus time and in Limburg that means coming together to enjoy and devour the vegetable we refer to as “white gold…”. So, perfectly in keeping with this season we’ve created a beautiful 3 course dinner. On the evening itself we will have Vin Nature by the glass or an optional wine pairing.
